Never in my 9 years of being a mom, did I expect to have to write such a negative review of this practice. After 9 years of dedication to this practice and their dedication to my son, they have unethically decided to dismiss us from the practice over a grudge that was held by the nurse due to a misunderstanding over phone call about paperwork being requested to provide to my son’s school. I called for support today to see if they can assist with a referral to a doctor for my son, and they told us they were unable to help because we were dismissed from the practice (2 days ago). So they left my son with absolutely no care with no heads up after they’ve been with him for 9 years. Dr. Lindlau has been our pediatrician for over a decade. We’ve followed her to this practice and are very happy with the convenient appointment scheduling options and quick, easy visits. She’s truly the best.

I am a first time mom; my 3 month old daughter developed a rash right after her vaccine. I inquired about this with the doctor. She had started a new formula two weeks prior with no issues. The MD stated that is couldn't have been the vaccine. When I asked if we delay her vaccine schedule I was informed that it was not an option and that I would need to find another practice. I called another pediatric office and informed them that I wanted to change practices bc I felt like the MD was dismissive of my child's symptoms and also do no practice delaying vaccines. This new practice informed me that they have VACCINE consultations, where they provide education for any parent that is concerned, they also provide the option to delay vaccine schedule, and if you refuse all together then you just

Dr. Dana Lindlau is the best! She’s been with our kids since birth, and we even followed her when she moved offices. She’s kind, compassionate, and truly takes the time to understand each kiddo’s unique needs. We always feel heard, supported, and cared for. We couldn’t ask for a better pediatrician!
