We take our entire family to Townsend Family & Cosmetic Dentistry. Melissa our hygienist is wonderful. We have a positive experience every time. She is thorough, professional and nice to chat with. The dentist have been able to handle our "active" children and fill their fillings with ease. My kids actually like going there. Katie the receptionist, always has a warm friendly face to greet. She has done a great job navigating our difficult insurance problems for us. We have spent a few years searching for the right local dentist since our move to Delaware and we have finally fond the right one. We plan to come back here for years to come.

One of the most unpleasant health experiences for me has been a trip to the dentist. However, since I have been attending Dr.Dover’s practice, I have only received prompt, courteous, and professional service. The staff is respectful of my time and Dr. Dover is very detailed and takes the time to explain procedures and a course of action that has minimal disruption to my budget and pain free. They are great at accommodating my hectic schedule and are super flexible! Thank you again, Sherri.

I would recommend anyone seeking a dentist to go to this office. I was seeking dentistry care with a new provider for a semi-emergency situation. Dr. Dover's office was accommodating, helping, and cared. They gave me an appointment and treated me as if I had been a patient for many years. I have never felt so comfortable with any dentist before. Katie is AWESOME! Dr. Dover is the BEST! He took the time to explain things to me to help me make the best decision. There is no better place to receive dental care but TOWNSEND FAMILY AND COSMETIC DENTISTRY!

I had a back tooth extracted yesterday, the entire process took about 20 minutes, from the numbing to the extraction. The Dr. is really cool, he has this calming spirit that makes you feel safe. The entire staff, is soo pleasant, and welcoming. The name fits their culture, because it defiantly felt like family, and they are professional at the same time. I will be recommending them to anyone I come across.

Excellent service, Katie always welcome us with a big smile make us feel very welcome always whiling to help to get our needs, and Melissa is awesome love her personality & professionalism. Dr. Dover is great very professional and gentle, over all great team.
