Advocare Delaware Pediatrics

We could not be more grateful for the outstanding care we have received from Dr. Callaghan and staff for past two years. My concerns are always addressed and I never feel rushed during appointments, despite my long list of questions. During off hours, I have called their nurses line and received a call back with advice/suggestions in less than 15 minutes on multiple occasions. They also offer same-day sick visits which is a life-saver. I cannot recommend them enough!

Our family absolutely adores Dr. Callaghan and Christian! They are both kind, patient and thorough. We never leave the office with unanswered questions and they always see our boys within 24 hours of us calling! They truly care about their patients and it’s obvious as soon as they step into the room! We are super thankful to have two amazing medical providers we can always turn to!

If you want evidence based compassionate care for your kids then Delaware Pediatrics and specifically Dr. Callaghan is the place to go. She takes her time with you and listens to your concerns and is highly knowledgeable. You can't find a better person with knowledge and compassion to care for your kids.

I am not one to typically write a review but I was extremely taken aback by the inanely disrespectful secretary. This woman began screaming over me on the phone while trying to make a new appt for my son because she simply wouldn’t stop talking over me long enough to listen to what I was ACTUALLY requesting, not what she assumed my need was. She then continued to cut me off to insist she was not screaming at me! Overall, horrible interaction!!! I will not be scheduling any appt here and to think they expect people to actually PAY for that sort of service?? Get a new job if you hate interacting with people THAT MUCH. Speaking to a potential patient like that is INSANITY.

We normally see Dr franzick who has always been wonderful and very thorough! Recently we had our second baby and we have been seeing the PA Christian Ruth and he has been INCREDIBLE!! He’s compassionate and truly listens to us and our concerns while bringing his knowledge to the table to help guide us. This practice is wonderful and we are so lucky that we get to have these amazing doctors for our children.
