Excellent practice, myself and my kids have received great care from Dr. Furnish and the staff! Pricing is also much better than other places we’d been in the past. Highly recommend!

I would give it a 0 if I coiuld. Like others they didn't accept my insurance gave absolutely no communication by text or email that they were not accepting any insurance coverage. I found Dr. Furnish‘s manner rough and harsh when examining my oral health. Patients are very aware of how they should be treated! Stopped going to him 3 years ago with no regrets. Too many dentists in the area to continue going to someone who doesn't know how to treat the people who pay his bills.

The staff were super friendly & helpful. The dr was easygoing & did an excellent job. They didn't accept my insurance, but when you're being murdered by your teeth every day money wasn't a big deal. Their prices were reasonable. I totally recommend this dental office.

We've been going to this office for several years and always had great experiences - fron the office staff to the hygentists. Recently, Dr. Bassett retired and Dr. Furnish took over the practice. My son and I went in for our routine cleanings the end of Sept. In December, I received a bill in the mail from Townline saying I owed $120 for our cleaning (our cleanings should be covered 100%). I called the office thinking they made a mistake at which time I was advised (after the fact) that when Dr. Furnish took the practice over, he decided the practice would no longer be in network for any insurance and that they sent notification in the mail to all of their patients. I had no trouble with my service although I had constant troubles with billing. They never did the contractual write-off with the insurance company and kept sending me a bill after every treatment for between six and seven dollars. Then, the head dentist decided to retire, and the insurance was tied to the dentist and not the practice. So, after my last cleaning I got a bill for $70. No one bothered to tell me they were no longer taking my insurance. They left it to me to call the insurance company to straighten things out. Fortunately, the insurance decided to go ahead and pay, which is good for them because I wasn’t planning on paying the bill because they should’ve let me know beforehand (and they had plenty of opportunity to do so) that they were no longer taking my insurance.
