The Ortho employees are excellent and helpful! Reason for two stars is they constantly try to push and market more appointments! We've had 3 cleanings scheduled without our consent and tried to do more work that wasn't what we asked for. Ruins the vibe of the appointments. Makes you feel like you're just a target.

I really appreciated the kindness and patience the dentist and staff took with me! They were amazing. My nurse was very encouraging about not being nervous about the diagnosis etc. It really is an awesome place

I was not impressed, felt like a total money grab. We decided to switch dentists to be closer to home in May 2025. We had errors and poor service every step of the way. When scheduling our appointments, I called on a Friday, so the lagrange phone calls were transferred to ligonier. The girl in ligonier entered our information wrong into the system, she had our names spelled wrong (after I spelled them all out, multiple times). She scheduled the appointments wrong and they had to be rescheduled. Upon arrival, the waiting room was filthy, dirty chairs and dirty toys. We went back for new patient exams and they took forever. The dental assistant, said she was from the ligonier office, and had no idea what she was doing or where anything was located. She was also on her cell phone during our v

Our experience at LFD was a good one. I'm thankful for Dr Bontrager's knowledge and willingness to treat my son holistically. Each team member we encountered was professional, kind, and compassionate.
