I recently had a crown made at Towncare Dental of Cutler Bay, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the very beginning, Val was incredibly helpful, always willing to assist, clearly explain my billing, and keep my appointments organized. She even remembered my name at each visit, which made me feel truly welcomed. Her customer service is outstanding! Lissy Almaguer was equally wonderful while fitting my new crown. She was patient, detailed, and took the time to explain each step as she worked. The final result looks and feels great. From the front desk to the dentist and assistants, the entire team shows genuine care and professionalism. It’s refreshing to walk into a place where everyone truly has your best interest at heart. I don’t usually write reviews, but this was very disappointing. I’ve been a patient at this dental office for over 13 years, which makes this even more upsetting. The office manager has been consistently rude and unprofessional. I was recently sent to collections over a $25 charge for a service I’m almost certain I already paid. At this office, you can’t leave without paying your copay or balance, so this made no sense. I asked for time to check with my insurance, but she didn’t allow it and sent it to collections anyway. I paid it to protect my excellent credit, but it felt unfair and unnecessary. Her handling of billing has also been an issue. My husband and children stopped coming to this office because we repeatedly felt we were being charged for things our insurance should have cove

This office has an amazing team behind it. Val was so sweet and provided all the information needed and answered all my questions promptly and in detail. She is great! Thanks to the whole staff for being so nice and for providing the benefits the day of since I had not done my insurance info online. Thanks again!

Have had 0 issues over the years with them. Very caring. Very insightful. If you have a question they are more than happy to explain anything. Thing only seem to get better every time I visit.

Great experience every time. I’ve been here several times, mainly for cleanings with Nelly, and I just had my first teeth whitening with Arelis today. Both are excellent at what they do. I’m always treated with kindness and respect, and the care is consistently outstanding.
