From the moment I walked in to the moment I left TownCare Dental I felt valued. The staff was so warm and welcoming and truly cared about my dental health.They sat down with me, listened to the issues I was having and quickly devised a plan to help me devise a plan to get accomplish what needed to be done to solve them. They even tried to help me come up with a financial plan.. I will be recommending TownCare Dental to all of my family & friends!
My older aunt referred me to this office I had a good 1st time visit from front desk to back office. I like that TownCare map out my treatment plan with my insurance so my teeth can be corrected and be health in detail and went over that treatment plan with me. Unlike the last dentist office I went to that recommend a procedure that my insurance didn’t cover. So far Um glad my aunt let me know about TownCare Dental
Towncare provided very timely attention to my need for treatment when my regular dentist scheduled an appointment for nearly a month away, despite my description of the severity of my issue. While the Clermont office is almost a 2 hour round-trip from my residence, I have decided to switch dentists. The commute is well worth it!👍🏾💯%.:.
I could not be happier with my experience at Towncare Dental. From the moment I walked in, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I was terrified to go to the dentist, but this experience has completely changed that. Dr. Perez was kind, patient, and took the time to explain my treatment options in a way that was easy to understand and unintimidating. I felt that she not only cared about my dental hygiene, but my overall comfort in her office. I am looking forward to seeing her again in 6 months. I highly recommend Towncare Dental and Dr. Perez!
My experience at Towncare Dental was a great one. The office was spotless the waiting area very comfortable Dental Assistant was pleasant very efficient and they got me in and out in a very timely manner. The Dentist was friendly and very informative.Looking forward to starting my treatment on Monday
