Town Hall Estates – Arlington, Inc.

Former resident there for rehab. The staff can be kind when they want to but the minute the resident asks for something it takes them 30 minutes to 3 hours before it gets answered. The food is anything but healthy. I ate only the healthy food. All 3 meals should be healthy and well balanced nutritionally just like a main meal. They need more nurses and drs for each hall to give decent care. The therapists are a lot of fun though. I loved working with Arianna though. She made it fun and challenging. I love challenges because it makes me stronger. Once I got my dad involved the staff did their job and I’d get on them just like my dad. I’m a daddy’s girl and no one messes around with an Asian family. We’re a lot more fierce than you think.

The newest administrator Is over her head. Bring back Shanon. She got things done, efficiently and quickly, and knew her stuff The place has gone down physically. The dining room was filthy last weekend It’s so understaffed on the weekend you can walk right in and take your father out the front door and nobody stops you If I can do that, somebody else could do that The nurses are nice and caring, but are understaffed Every day of the week

I am deeply grateful for the exceptional care provided by both the general staff and the rehabilitation team, with a special commendation for Bertha, our housekeeper. Her diligent efforts consistently maintained a high standard of cleanliness and freshness throughout the facility. Furthermore, I greatly appreciated the unrestricted access to visit my father, which was always granted without hesitation.

As a Hospice for the past 15 years, I have had patients in nursing homes across the DFW area, Denton, Sherman and various other communities. I can spot a poorly ran facility from a mile away. When I came to Town Hall Estates this past weekend I was blown away by what I found. The staff were friendly and helpful It was easy to see the level of genuine affection they had for their residents. From housekeeping all the way up the chain to administration, they are hands down the BEST I've had the pleasure of working with. What I didn't see was staff loafing around on their cell phones or ignoring call lights. If you're loved one is in need of rehabilitation services or long term care, I encourage you to visit this facility and see for yourself. I can promise you this, I'd gladly choose this won
