Best Vet i’ve ever been to. Super kind Doctor and staff, always take the greatest care of my cat, and i always recommend this place to others because of the great pricing. sometimes they’re booked out but they always do their best to accommodate. Thank you guys for your help and care truly🙏

I’m honestly very disappointed with my experiences at this clinic. Although the vet & the older lady and some staff were polite. The staff ANA came across as extremely rude and judgmental on three different occasions. She immediately wanted to argue for no reason. Instead of feeling supported and cared for during what can already be a stressful situation as a pet owner, I felt talked down to and scrutinized.

Took great care of my girl who had to get some teeth removed along with her dental cleaning! Significantly better prices than other places I called, and the Doctor and staff were great. Would be happy to come here again!

Our experience at Town and Country Vet Clinic in Riverside, CA was disappointing due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of the front desk associate. When we asked her clarifying questions, she displayed obvious signs of irritation and gave very brief explanations. My partner and I felt that she was short and scathing in her response to my comments about the cost of treatment for our Sphynx kittens. The doctor was pleasant, but when I described the cough my kitten was having—and even showed him a video of the occurrence—he responded by saying it was a sneeze. This made me feel as though he wasn’t truly invested in understanding my kitten’s symptoms. While we are thankful to have received care for our kittens, we were completely put off by the front desk associate's poor customer serv

Great and quick service. I was called back quickly with no wait time. Come here if you would like fair prices and a vet that will talk to you and explain in detail the services and prescriptions. I was very happy with the service and will keep coming back. The staff was also very kind . Keep in mind however parking is limited and it is hard to see front door from parking lot.
