I highly recommend Dr. Saud—he is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and truly experienced in his field. His staff is absolutely phenomenal and made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. Evelyn at the front desk went above and beyond to help and made me feel so welcomed. The entire procedure was completely painless, and I was very impressed with the level of care and attention I received. An outstanding experience overall!

I had the BEST experience with Town & Country Endodontics! My regular dentist appointment discovered that I had a hot tooth when I was in extreme pain during a fitting for a crown. I'm no stranger to dental work; but this was the most pain I've ever been in my life! My dentist called Dr. Alawadhi and he was able to fit me in that day for an emergency root canal. He and Monica were so attentive and made me feel at ease, even though I was terrified. I was in and out in about an hour. The staff really had a way of making me feel calm and taken care of. I hope to never need another emergency root canal, but if I do, I would definitely go back to Dr. Alawadhi!

This office was very well appointed with minimalist touches, very clean. Tonya, Bertha, and Monica are competent office people. Know: The doctor does not use nitrous oxygen. If you question how to breathe while having your nose and mouth both covered by a 4x4 latex square attached to your teeth and ask for instructions on how to swallow saliva with a dental spacer keeping your mouth open for a few hours, then you likely be directed to pay for pill sedation for which the practice charges $175. The pill sedation is not covered by insurance, but know pharmacy cash price costs $10, not $175. You will also have to have a driver and someone sitting for you in their lobby while you are getting the root canal under pill sedation. My dentist recommend Dr. Alawadhi to perform a root canal that I needed to get done, but after reading the reviews here on Google I decided to wait and look for other options because of the reviews and honestly I waited too long until the pain was unbearable. I was hesitant to call them and schedule an appointment, but after talking to the receptionist and explaining my concerns, she assured me there was nothing to worry about and she was right!!! I regret not scheduling before, I felt no pain at all, the staff is so friendly and they made sure to make me feel taken care of asking me often if I was doing good during my procedure. I would definitely recommend Town and Country Endodontics and I wish more people would share their good experience instead of only the bad one.

This was one of the most miserable and painful experiences of my life. To start the staff and doctor are extremely rude and in no way make you feel comfortable. It felt like they tried to up charge every step of the way with additional imaging and things that seemed unnecessary. When starting the procedure the doctor applied local anesthesia but never checked to see if I was fully numb. He proceeded with the root Canal while I never got completely numb. It was some of the worst pain I have ever experienced. I tried stopping the doctor by grunting and waving my hand but he never stopped. Instead, I heard him mumble anesthesia to one of the assistants while he continued to drill into my nerve. I was in so much pain that I was shaking on the operating chair.
