Town Center Plaza Urgent Care

Went to Town Center Plaza Urgent Care on a referral from Tricare. They couldn't see me without a negative COVID test said to go get one and come back. So I went out searching for where I could get a test and everyone was 72 hours. So I called them and ask if I could take an at home test, they told me that would be acceptable. So I go back to the urgent care around 1:30 pm and they tell me the provider is gone for the day and they can't see me. Such a waste of my time today I will never go here by choice ever again.

They didn't help and they want to send my fiancé to ER. Bear ER took us to wait outside and our car for 5 hours! My car almost broke A/C, that is unfair! We want faster for Urgent Care is best but it does not help. You aren't god blessing.

After hearing good reviews, I chose to drive from Barstow to this urgent care. I called ahead to verify that they took medical and they assured me they did. I got there only to be treated rudely by the woman at the front desk. After 20 minutes or so I was informed that they don't accept my type of medical, although it is on the medical program. The woman at the front desk was uncomfortably discourteous about allowing my 2-year old to use the restroom, and also very rude about how my children (age 4, 3, and 2) were milling about the waiting room, and even insinuated that she would make us leave while we were waiting for our ride. Luckily another, much nicer nurse came out and put on a movie for the children. TCP Urgent Care made me feel like I was slapped in the face by a turd and then some

This is my new urgent care! I strongly dislike the Meridian UC over on Hwy 18 in AV, so very glad to find this one! They are very clean, courteous and there was almost no wait this morning! I'm sure that's not always the case, we were lucky. Their hours are a little odd, I'll lay out their current hours here. M-F 8:00 am until about 10:30, then back open at 1:00 until 5:00. On Saturday the hours are 9:00-2:00. I guess they are closed Sundays. They are owned by Kamath medical group. Very, very happy, we will return and highly recommend!

If I could zero stars I would. I called and was told that in order to be seen I had to be there by four . I arrived with my sick kids at 3:50 and had to wait seven minutes for a secretary to get off the phone. Next I was told that not only could they not see all my kids but actually none at all. Stay away from this place unless you want to be lied to and figuratively thrown out on the street.
