Everyone from the guy who may just be a reg. worker, is respectful and willing to help,one, at every point. Dr. Bekendam is a gem. Pacific has kept my eyes in top shape for my age. I love Dr. Bekendam and Pacific Eye Institue. So do a lot of other people in the high desert. You have to wait a while to get an appointment to see him. Overall, I have no complaints with my doctor. He's just super busy.
