Tower Plaza Dentistry

Excellent experience at Tower Plaza Dentistry. I was seen right on time, which I really appreciated. The doctor Lena Khaylomsky DHD was extremely kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. She also gave me a referral to an oral surgeon for the next step. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the clinic was spotless. Everything felt very organized and professional. Highly recommend this office!

They do everything to make you feel comfortable. They don't try to convince you to do more work than needed. Everything was explained in detail. The dentist was so patient with me. The entire staff is kind and professional. I am so happy I found them and plan to stay with them for a long time.

I had to wait an hour even though I was in the earliest appointment slot, and the dentist (Lena Kyaylomsky) was kind of rude and impatient and I felt very rushed. She was also very insensitive about my sensitive teeth and made me feel like I was being a pain because I have sensitive teeth. Her tone was very condescending and rude and it did not at all make me feel comfortable or relaxed. If you have sensitive teeth and are worried about the pain or feeling relaxed, I would definitely go somewhere else.

Love it. I know it sounds crazy, but it's probably the best overall experience, I've had at a dentist. A bit...efficient perhaps, however, I like efficiency. I'd never been there before, but then the first time I went it was because I had to get a few, yes, a few root canals and they were friendly and willing to take me in and got the jobs done quickly. I've never had better fits after either. Still great.

Was amazing the whole staff was great and very professional explained everything the dentist was gonna do and the billing make u feel relaxed I highly recommended going they will take care of all your dental needs
