So I found PT Shah through my insurance reference. Unfortunately she was no longer in my network, but something still told me to give her a try. See I had a severely herniated disc C5 and was and had been in the worst pain I might have ever experienced. The physical therapy covered by my insurance was a joke and I was in desperate need of someone that could give me the attention I needed. PT Shah is hands down the best decision I have ever made. I chose to pay out of pocket instead of staying in network because after the first visit I realized I would never find a better PT. From the first visit you can tell she actually cares about you getting better not just another patient. She would message me with exercises and just calming words when I thought I had to get surgery multiple times. I k

Pallavi is an outstanding physical therapist and has helped me on various occasions especially during my marathon training. She uses manual release techniques which has helped me tremendously to recover fast and resume my training. She has excellent bedside manners and keenly listens to your problem before embarking on a treatment plan. I highly recommend Pallavi and Hudson PT & would definitely return whenever I need a physical therapist!

Pallavi Shah is the absolute best in her field. She truly knows what she’s doing and she was extremely patient with me . I haven been to her 2-3 times with spine related issues and every time she’s treated me with utmost care and she kept on following up everyday till my issue got corrected. Pallavi is one of a kind. There is no one like her. Full stop. You might notice this is my second review. How many people do you know that would recommend someone with a 5 star twice years apart? She’s that good. I have an intense work line. My muscles get affected by it. Pallavi gives me years back. Literally! She releases my trigger points and teaches me how to get my muscles stronger so I can keep going. I am grateful to have her as my PT.

Amazing doesn’t even begin to describe how good Pallavi can be. She treated my mom first for sciatica then me for tendonitis and I swear to God, I don’t want to remember life before Pallavi 💜. She was nurturing with both of us, extremely knowledgeable, dedicated, and once she committed, she was determined to help us and did not stop til we turned a page into a painless life!
