Tourister Dental

Today, I had an incredible experience at Tourister Dental! Although I’m not a regular patient and don’t live in the Warren area year-round, I went in for a routine dental cleaning. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed and assisted right away at the reception area. My technician, Abbie, was exceptionally thorough and kind. She provided detailed explanations of everything she was doing and offered valuable tips on how to better care for my teeth. When the doctor came in for the checkup, she was fantastic as well. She helped me gather the information I needed for a procedure with my dentist back home. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

My first cleaning and X-rays with Tourister were completed today by Laura. She was simply wonderful. Her compassion and understanding were exceptional. I have been struggling with dental hygiene on and off due to mental health issues, and I didn't feel judged by her at all. She provided me with a wealth of information, tips, tricks, and product recommendations to help me maintain my dental health. Moreover, she also explained how to use these products, what they do, and how they help. It can be a bit nerve-wracking to go to the dentist, but she was friendly, funny, and immediately put me at ease. If you are in need of dental care, I highly recommend Tourister Dental.

I wanted to update my review to include that I particularly like the way the practice never pushes you to do a treatment that can wait, always gives you options, and is very thorough. Always very friendly and professional staff and dental practice - makes you feel right at home. Dr. Reilly is the best, as is her staff. The doc is highly skilled, gentle, fast and efficient. And the space is amazing. I'm so happy I found this practice!

This is the best dentist I’ve been to. Everyone was so friendly and professional, especially the hygienist Catarina. She explained everything, made sure I was comfortable, and gave great tips on dental hygiene in a very kind, non-judgemental way. She also took the time to clean off some cement residue from my braces (I had been to two other dentists after getting my braces off and neither of them did this). It’s in a great setting with plenty of parking and there was a beautiful view of the water from my exam room. And I was able to get an appointment within a few days of calling while other places had nothing open till March. Plus they scheduled my next cleaning on the spot which is really helpful.

I recently moved to Rhode Island and had the necessity to see a dentist for what turned out to be a cracked tooth. I just want to say that I was treated professional by the entire staff. As we all know, going to the dentist is a stressful experience especially if it is a new dentist you haven't been to before. I was very happy with my experience because everyone was friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Reilly was very knowledgeable and explained everything that I will be experiencing. I am thrilled with my new hometown dentist. Next stop is Oral Surgeon and implants. Dr. Reilly referred me to an Oral Surgeon and they have 5 star google review and 4 star yelp review. Apparently top professional refer to top professionals. You can't go wrong here at Tourister Dental and Dr. Reill
