I was told by the staff that they accepted my insurance when I called for an appointment. I took off 2 hours of work which is difficult because I work for myself only to be advised when I showed for the appointment that they were not in my insurance’s network. Very frustrating and disappointing. I recommend that you seek out a practice that is more respectful of you as a person and your time.

Staff is friendly and personable. I was very nervous to return to the dentist after way too long and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. Dr. Enright is great... He has a unique way of setting your mind at ease and distracting you just enough you almost forget to be nervous. Would recommend.

My family and I have been patients for many years. The staff is friendly and helpful. The office atmosphere is upbeat and not stuffy. The doctors go above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable during treatment and after. I would recommend to anyone looking for an amazing dentist to give East Bay a call.

East Bay Dental is extraordinary!! I am new here, after being with my former dentist for 50 years. Dr Enright , Lucy, the entire staff have treated me with utmost care, respect and professionalism. And the work they are doing on my tooth is remarkable. It was a concerning issue for me, but Dr Enright has done everything to make me feel most confident in his work. I cannot recommend them enough. I am so pleased to be a patient here.

I can not express how grateful I am to have found this office! Ive been avoiding a root canal due to severe anxiety about going to the dentist. My mother suggested I try East Bay associates because she absolutely loves them. Now I know why! I had a good feeling as early as the first phone time I called them. When I arrived, the receptionist was so welcoming, thorough, and kind. The staff was informative and patient with me. Dr. jon has a way about him that is very calming, direct, and confident.
