Yikes! I wish I had read all the reviews before coming here! This place is actually horrifying. Like some weird dictatorship. staff are so rude and talk badly about parents who have fully legitimate complaints, and then remove you as patient (!!!) if you don’t follow along like a brainless robot. The sad thing is the doctors are good, but staff behavior so bizarre it is frightening. I can HEAR them talking badly about parents, and telling the doctor to terminate the patient relationship, and the head doctor AGREEING! But the doctor you are seeing will have no clue this is going on at all. I have zero comfort in this office having access to my family’s medical history and other personal information. I am extremely concerned about the unprofessional conduct at this office. My children have been subjected to verbal mistreatment by staff, and I have personally overheard staff openly speaking negatively about me. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any medical environment, especially one meant to care for families. In addition, the turnover rate among staff is alarmingly high, which reflects poorly on the management and the environment being maintained. It is my strong opinion that Dr. Shaw should consider retirement, as the leadership and professionalism within this office are clearly lacking. I am requesting that these concerns be addressed immediately to ensure that no other family has to experience the same treatment.

I’m deeply disappointed and disgusted by the treatment my family received at Touchpoint Pediatrics, specifically from Dr. Shaw. My son has been a patient at this practice for years, and we had previously agreed on a modified vaccine schedule that worked for our family. However, after further research and consideration — especially since he had already received nearly all of the standard vaccinations — we made the informed and personal decision to stop further vaccinations at this time. What happened next was truly appalling. We had a very disappointing experience during a routine visit for my kids, we politely asked if the exam room could be disinfected again, as the girls often get sick after visits. Although we were respectful, the staff reacted with attitude and seemed offended by the request. Later, a receptionist handed us a form saying the girls’ medical records would be transferred because we were “not a good fit” and “unsatisfied.” No explanation, just a rude attitude. We tried to follow up with the office owner using the business card they gave us, but were told she doesn’t take calls from parents. This entire experience felt unprofessional and dismissive. Have no issues with the doctors but their billing practices are questionable. You may get double billed for payments already made.
