Such a great experience! The staff is all friendly, professional, and patient. They took the time to make sure everything is clear and well understood. Been to other hearing specialists before but will only come back here in the future, highly recommend!

Kaitlin Shaw took care of me today with respect to the purchase of new hearing aids. Kaitlin explained the pros and cons of the different hearing aid brands. She was very knowledgeable with respect to product differentiation. She answered all of my questions as well of those of my wife. Kaitlin was patient, considerate and cared about helping me make the right choice for me. You could tell she wanted to help in any way she could. I could not have been more pleased with her care and with Kaitlin’s concern that I make the best choice for my situation. I must add that Jill at the front desk went out of her way to secure an appointment for me almost immediately because I had lost my present pair of hearing aids. Had a hearing test & initial consultation with Kaitlin Brennan Shaw. Kaitlin previously help my (now late) father-in-law. In both instances, Kaitlin was wonderful. Kaitlin is a a consummate professional, but also very friendly. She treats you like family, while advising what's best for you. Kaitlin is also has tons of experience, and it shows. She is also patient, and gives you as much time as you need to discuss your hearing issues. Kubick and Kubick's new address is centrally located in Chatham Borough; easy to get to, and parking is no problem. Definitely "five stars."
