I love this Dr. because she take her time. She listen well she answered all of your questions. She tried to help you find resources. I love Her I would recommend anyone Who wants a loving and caring funny doctor is very honest with you. She will be the perfect candidate. I had called the Crowley location Friday but was unable to obtain an appt. I think called Hulrn location and set appt for Friday evening. During my phone call I was told I may have to come in Saturday for lab work. I thought that was strange but I was hoping to get seen Friday and just rolled with it. I arrived at Hulen location and was told I had to pay $125 because I had not met my deductible. There is no co pay under my insurance. I left upset. Then as I was leaving the Hulen location called and said my lab work showed I may be pre diabetic. This labwork they spoke of was from Feb of 2025! I was furious! When I arrived the gentleman behind the counter told me there was an 1 1/2 hour wait. Considering I'm sick I agreed to stay and wait. I checked in at 2:39p. A little after 4p I started opening the door and peaking out to see what was delaying my office visit. At around 4:41p I stepped into the hallway to see what was going on. The doctor and some other staff members were at the counter. At that time I thought surely I would be seen soon, NOPE! At 5:27p I opened the door and asked the nurse ,who took my vitals and swabs, how much longer do I have. At this point I had been there for almost 3 hours. The nurse said when the doctor was done I was next. The doctor did not show up until 5:56p. It took her a total of 3 minutes to assess my symptoms and diagnose me. I was walking out the door at 5:

I appreciate the same day appointment (insurance reasons) and I really love they get me feeling better faster however there should be a more personal communication approach about the wait time. I’m not feeling well already, just text me ahead of time and say Hey we’re running about an hour behind, this gives me the option to wait at home longer vs the lobby or room. The long wait there simply adds to the discomfort.

We had to stop going to Total Care because of Insurance reasons, haven’t been up there in probably 10 years. Went to see the same doctor or nurse practitioner Jane Bradley. She is wonderful same good Bedside manner. I would recommend Total Care to anyone. Everybody is very nice up there.
