Dr. Scherr did my lower crown back in April. It was quick and virtually painless! Definitely a good thing, since my pain tolerance is minimal! Would recommend! I also had a cleaning from their Hygienist Janet who was also wonderful! I think the whole staff is really helpful and willing to help any way they can.

The office is in the hands of new management. The new team is excellent. The front desk is friendly and knowledgeable. The dentist and the assistants are very helpful and take time to answer my questions. They are PPO provider with my dental insurance company and that saves me a lot of money. Give them a try. You will be as satisfied as I am.

BEWARE, i wouldnt go to this dentist!! Dr. Scherr was very rude and inconsiderate. She literally tried to use scare tactics to get me to accept a procedure and when i asked to think about it she DENIED me service!? Ive been coming to Total smiles for over a year and have never dealt with this disrespect. Seeing as how i paid money for service and they refused to do the service, i would never let Dr. Scherr do any work on you. Additionally they charged me 333.00 to simply "touch up" my tooth. When i asked her about the charges Dr. Scherr literally said to me "i dont talk money." Which felt very unproffesional. Again, used to be in good hands , and now ive felt taken advantage of.

Very great experience. The dental hygienist was very informative, as well as personable, telling me about her fantasy football team. Which it sounds like hers doing better than mine!

A complete and courteous staff with a thorough explanation of benefit coverage as well as procedures used. Very happy with my experience.
