Rankin Audiology and Hearing

I am a new patient with Dr. Rankin. The office staff is very welcoming, friendly from the time you arrive until you leave. Dr. Rankin is caring, professional and very knowledgeable. After my thorough exam, Dr. Rankin sat down with me and explained all of the different aids and programs available which help me make the best decision that works for me. When my new hearing aids came in, Dr. Rankin made sure I was happy with the fit and comfort. Dr. Rankin sat with me and explained the many different programs that are on the hearing aid and paired my hearing aids with my phone. I have been wearing hearing aids for about 50 years and it is nice to find a audiology Doctor and staff that go over the top to make sure you have everything you need to hear better.

Dr. Rankin and her staff are amazing! My problem with Tinnitus has been overcome with new hearing aids that have special programs to combat the buzzing in my head, It works great. On top of all that they serve cookies!

I can hear things I haven't heard in years, and I have been able to follow every conversation, even in very noisy environments. She tested my hearing and fitted me with a BiCROS system (a conventional hearing aid in my "good" ear and a microphone/transmitter in my "bad" ear).
