Total Point Emergency Center - Conroe

I came into Total Point Emergency for a broken bone and had a great experience. Dr. Herman, Nurse Carrie, Radiologist Shonna, and Maria at registration were all incredibly helpful. They got me in right away with no problems. Everyone was very professional, friendly, and prompt with my results and explaining the total amount due. The staff provided great care and made a stressful situation much easier. I truly appreciate the excellent service! Thank you to this amazing Team!

This has been the fastest ER visit I’ve ever been to. We came in for a possible concussion and bone break and they saw my son right away. Maria up front was very kind and had a sense of urgency when we came in. Nurse Colleen was quick and to the point. Dr Moore came in quickly with a very thorough exam. And Mrs. Shonna was the sweet radiologist to my son. The facility is very clean. I’m so thankful we didn’t go to TX children’s for something like this. We are very happy with the service we have received here. Thank you to all that helped!

It is rare for me to post any type of public review, but in this case it is so well-deserved. I have had many surgeries over the years, so have experienced a broad spectrum of hospitals, clinics, and ERs, including in other states. This is absolutely one of the best. The facility is warm, clean, and clearly very organized, and the staff are incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The staff, from the admin (Maria and Angie) and radiology (Melinda) to the nurses (Paul) and doctors (Dr Shatery) are not only friendly, but highly experienced and knowledgeable. I love that they are also willing to share their knowledge with patients, explaining things clearly and happily answering any questions. I had an excellent experience at Total Point Emergency Center. Joann got me checked in quickly and ready to go and she was incredibly sweet and immediately made me feel comfortable. Stephen was my nurse and he was very kind, attentive, and reassuring throughout my visit. Dr. J. Liu was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, taking the time to explain everything clearly. Overall, the entire staff was amazing, professional, compassionate, and genuinely caring. You can truly tell they care about their patients. I’m very grateful for the care I received.

Our experience has been great. Angie at the registration desk was very nice speeded up the process and daughter was checked quite fast. Nurse John listened us carefully and he was very attentive. He was very thorough and made our daughter feel comfortable during her whole stay. We definitely recommend this place.
