Total Motion Release

Total motion release has been in my patient treatment toolbox for about 15 years. It has completely changed the way I evaluate and treat my patience. I still do some traditional treatments, but is always with a TMR foundation. Kudos to Tom for this great treatment and I look forward to learning more through the TMR Powered membership videos.

As a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist, I teach my clients TMR assessments and treatments everyday! This allows them to have some control over their pain symptoms and quality of life. I also use TMR on myself and family members.... it is my first go to when a pain/dysfunction arises!

I have been using TMR concept techniques in my PT practice for several years. After 37 years of practice and broad based continuing education background, it has been the most effective method I have found for treating multiple musculoskeletal and neurological issues.
