I can’t recommend Dr Jennifer Christian highly enough. She is truly invested in solving the root cause of your problem and takes the time to investigate your issue thoroughly. Her understanding of anatomy and how gait, movement patterns, and compensation over time can lead to chronic pain and injury is incredible. I’ve honestly never worked with anyone like her. During our session, we worked on my hip with a combination of adjustments, dry needling, and targeted exercises and stretches. We also worked on my feet and my bunions. I had a gait assessment with Jennifer. She was a true professional and did a thorough evaluation. She looked at more than just one area (I have feet and lower back issues). Two hours after she completed my assessment, I had the final report in my inbox detailing exercises and an explanation of why I need to do these specific ones.
