Dr Hartwell is kind, warm, friendly, fun and extremely knowledgeable. I am thrilled to have found him to help me take care of my dental health. His assistant was terrific and the office staff was very helpful.

Dr Hartwell is extremely personable. His staff was nice and everything was clean. He did a thorough exam and I was impressed with how he did a scrape of plaque and looked under the microscope then shared it with me! Fortunately it was great news. I’ve never had a dentist do that before! I wanted a biological trained Dr, and he’s definitely the one! I highly recommend him.

Dr. Heartwell took the time to listen and help me come to solutions that actually worked for an out-of-the-ordinary dental problem that my regular dentist seemed too busy to take seriously. I love the total health approach that does not just jump to the most expensive solution! I highly recommend him and his staff for an option worth driving across the island for! I will be using his services from here on out.

Dental Hygienist Amanda is gentle, thorough, competent and kind. Dr. Hartwell is personable, present during the exam, patient and thorough with his evaluation and communicative about all dental procedures and treatment. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

The laser cleaning was very quick and the hygienist was very nice. The office is clean and parking is easy. It would be nice to have a payment estimate in advance and to know whether insurance will reimburse any of the cost of each treatment. Thank you!
