Total Healing and Wellness aka Nirvana Wellness

I have been going to Dr. Sam for years for adjustments. I moved about an hour away a couple years ago, and still will make the drive to come see him for adjustments because I have had such good results with him and trust him. He is personable, knowledgeable, reliable, and ovee all just an awesome person and chiropractor. When he moved from his former office to this one, I was lucky enough to meet Sarah for massage. She is amazing in personality and skill. She does things to my muscles no one else does 😂 She always seems to know just what I need and has been such a huge help in my constant struggle with tight muscles. I recently had to pause my sessions with both her and Sam, and I can tell you that my body feels 100x better when I am able to keep my monthly appointments. Tanya works upfro

Kat is a miracle worker! After 8 orthopedic surgeries (and on the other side of 65) I need all the help I can get! Kat has returned a great deal of flexibility in my back that I thought I had lost. Muscle spasms were somewhat frequent but are now non-existent. I highly recommend her practice to anyone who needs and extremely skilled and knowledgeable message therapist.

Kat is amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable and capable of healing a multitude of ailments. I’ve been multiple times and she has been able to eliminate my symptoms with her expertise. Not your typical massage, Nirvana is a therapeutic wonderland. Nonetheless she is professional, affordable and accommodating.

Without seeing Kat, my life would be much different. Fifteen years ago I was the victim of a drunk driver and have three back fusions and both hips replaced. Kat knows exactly how to relieve my aches and pains and improve my motor skills. I have visited many different massage therapists over the years and Kat has no equal. I highly recommend Kat and her staff without any reservations.

Kat is an awesome therapist. She listens to your explanation of the pain you’re experiencing. Talks you through her observations and massage plans. She is very pleasant, but professional. I will never go to any other therapist. Thanks Kat!
