I had an amazing deep tissue massage and CranioSacral Therapy (CST) session with Scott today. It was absolutely amazing. I went in to work on some tension I’m carrying in my neck, jaw, and chest. I didn’t realize how low into my back the tension was! I left feeling lighter, standing taller, and having more mental clarity. I cannot wait until my next session! I’m definitely leaving some time after the massage to go across the street to the beach 😆. I highly recommend Scott. He was able to fit me in for a reflexology session while I was on vacation. He took the time to learn about what I was looking for in the session.
