Dr sheikh is an amazing Dr, always helpful and available when me or my family needed him, Sevda and Eina also amazing in the office, will definitely recommend this office.

Took my Nephew there after he was having chest pains. The provider saw him and prescribed medication which they said would go to the pharmacy. When we contacted the pharmacy they said the prescription was written so badly that they didn’t know how to dispense the medication and they called the doctor’s office where they were told the doctor would call back. Nobody called the pharmacy back. Maybe they didn’t like the fact that we didn’t get the meds from them when they offered it and I told them to send it to the pharmacy. My nephew had to wait two days to get his medication. Terrible service and very disappointing since I have used this provider before 4 years ago. Would not recommend to anyone I know and would have given 0 stars if possible.

I have been twice. And here is my experience. The staff was helpful and polite. I didn't catch anyone with an negative attitude. Dr. Sheik is easy to talk he made the effort to engage in a friendly conversation while he was doing his work and sent me on my way in no time.

The worst nurse care I have ever received in my day. The office help was dirty and unprofessional. They were pleasant but nasty looking and not traditional. The front office had visible and offensive tattoos, missing nails and dirty hair. The other had on sweat pants with a dirty rag on her head. One nurse brought her daughter to work and had her sitting in the room that head the injections there as well. The doctor was fast and nice but should consider revamping his staff. If this is one of the designated facilities, then they should be a little more professional in appearance and demeanor. I called the office 15 minutes before closing and it had an invalid phone number response with a emergency number that answered with someone laughing. The next day I and was able to get through. Save yourself the trouble. This office is terribly unprofessional. They don’t often answer the phone when and they also have a voice mail box that’s full. The nurses/receptionist has been rude each time my call was eventually answered. I made a virtual appointment and as it came closer to the time of the appointment I hadn’t received a link-when I called the woman sounded exasperated and said they we’re too busy and if I could call back later! I called back again. A man who I believe was the doctor himself-ask so asked me to call back later bc they’re too busy. I explained that my appointment was in 15 minutes and asked whether a link will be sent he said yeah we’ll get it to you. Here I am 3 minutes away from this appointment and from what I can hear over the phone they don’t know their
