During my visit, I observed Gina And Manuela in what appeared to be inconsistent treatment of customers. Certain individuals were met with warmth and ease, while others experienced more rigid enforcement of policies and a noticeable shift in tone and demeanor. Consistency and fairness are essential in customer service. I encourage leadership to review how interactions are handled to ensure every customer feels respected and treated equally.

This is the best office I ever met.Clean place.Front desk very attentive.Doctor Rhea Ramlal is the best doctor , She listen carefully without interruption and give me the best way of treatment, I can tell she really loves what she does as PCP and I don’t want another doctor than her.Daniel Medical Assistant it is very compassionate and acknowledged too very respectful and attentive to all patient needs. Love this place and notice team work environment. I will recommend to all my friends and family

I recently visited Sanitas Medical Center Tamarac and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional quality of care and facilities. The center's cleanliness and organization exceeded my expectations, creating a comforting environment for patients. The staff were warm, friendly, and highly professional, making every interaction pleasant and stress-free. From the reception to the medical professionals, everyone demonstrated genuine concern for my well-being. I was also impressed by the cutting-edge technology utilized by the center, showcasing their commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest medical advancements. My only suggestion for improvement would be to streamline the waiting process. While the wait wasn't excessively long, shaving off 15-20 minutes would make the overall expe

I made this appointment before Christmas just to get here and they say the dr Rita is not at this location today. After they sent me 3 different confirmation text with this location. The receptionist was very nonchalant and made excuses as to why I wasn't notified before coming in. Total waste of my day and I still have to wait until next Tuesday to see the doctor. I am definitely going to look into other providers that take my insurance.

Sanitas is the BEST medical care I have ever received! The doctors and assistants are the most gentle and kind people I've met in doctor's offices! They're really great listeners which is very important to me!!
