I recently visited Dr. Linh Nguyen D.D.S and had an exceptional experience! The entire team did a great job making me feel comfortable and at ease. Great job, and thank you for a wonderful experience!

Was told to arrive at 3pm for a Saturday checkup. Got there at 2:45 doors were locked and hour sign said open 9-4. Stayed outside waiting till 3:10 and checked on app maps said close but google maps said open 9-3. Unhelpful staff and inconsistent times

Total Dental Care is the best dentist office I have ever met. Dr. Neugen himself is a great and skillful dentist. Their service is awesome with very limited or none co-payment. Also, you can find convenient appointments at Total Dental Care. I strongly recommend you to try this clinic for your dental service.

Please do not waste your time by calling this place, very unprofessional and unhelpful staff. I called them to schedule an emergency appointment and provided my insurance info, which by the way is one of the best dental Insurance in the country but they kept making childish excuses. finally I called another dentist office and thankfully they had time and a great and professional staff.

How can you demand $300 upfront from an old lady who was seriously in pain, and drove 30 miles to see you? And then you left her in pain, drove home and cried because she was in so much pain. She has Aetna and they confirmed that you're in their network. What kind of ethics is this?
