I got through so quickly. Not even 10 minutes. No appointment was needed and it was empty when I walked in. Lana was so pleasant, calm, helpful and thorough in her instructions. I was concerned about this place after reading the negative reviews but after my experience I realized that most people only take the time to write a review when they have a bad experience. I had a 5 star experience!

The system, Works with giving back results And also I was looking at the comments on Google and I got a little nervous but when i say You cannot believe everything that you see or hear I spoke to Ms.Tonya She was very polite and helpful, and I kept asking her questions. Just to get a better understanding with no hesitation she answered all of my questions she also gave me a break down of the way it Works it’s also on there website I even tested her knowledge To be repetitive and ask the same questions again, and she still answered it and kept the same tone and asked if I have any other questions if I did I can call back I do appreciate her for That and this is actually a good place I enjoyed my experi

I wish I can put no stars. I called this company three times to remind them to send my prescription to my hiring agent, but they never did, so I was not hired. When they finally responded, I told the doctor what was bothering me. I only received his attitude—complete disregard for people's needs or circumstances—because of the negative reviews. The "Better Business Bureau" ought to launch an inquiry into this business.

They misplaced my sample for over 2 weeks and then said It was positive then it took me a week In a half to get ahold of them about my medications and the lab tech wouldn't even record them or do the proper follow up. Absolutely unprofessional, untrustworthy and should be investigated and shut down on a permanent basis!
