I saw Dr. Yamirka Perrugorria on 11/07/2025. She is an amazing Dr, took the time to listen to all my concerns and put me at ease. She prescribed the appropriate medicine to help me and my issues. So thankful for her compassion and professionalism.

All I can say is so far so good. I went for my first visit with Sample Medical Care and the front desk staff were very nice. Dr. Perugorria was nice as well I explained my issues she listened and im looking forward to my next visit.

Dr. Perugorria is a first class physician, she takes the time to address your concerns, needs and puts an action plan to help you get your health back on track. This office has a great front office staff, they are professional and attentive. I am very happy to have selected this practice as my PCP.

She is always friendly and thorough when getting all the information. I enjoy going to see her wether check up of in need of service. I was glad the were able to see me on a walk in situation. Thanks team at Sample family medical

While on my way to the appointment on my scheduled date, I received a call to reschedule. Then on my rescheduled date, the annual physical took close to 3 hours to complete and I arrived timely. This office definitely does not respect patients time at all. I am very displeased with the operation of this office.
