Total Care Rx

Total Care is the best pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. Every aspect of the operation is a model of perfection. I never miss my meds because they call me when they know I’m due for refills. Their pharmacists are excellent at answering any and all questions. Their delivery team is always on time. Simply put, they are the best!!!!

I’ve been to this pharmacy three times, and every single time the service was extremely slow — even when there were no other customers waiting. I don’t understand why it always takes so long. I originally chose this pharmacy because it’s close to my daughter’s clinic and I thought it would be faster, but it turned out to be the opposite. If you value quick and efficient service, this is not the right pharmacy. I’ll be going to another one next time, even if it means driving farther.

Update for latest bullshit: TCRx yet *again* sent too little of a medication and this time of a controlled substance. Was told it was due to a shortage and the additional medication would be sent. This didn’t happen, I followed up *again* today and was told a 26 day supply of a daily medication is the same as a 30 day supply and last the same amount of time. I actually had to request someone who would understand 26 and 30 are different numbers. So I’m bewildered, out of medication, and wondering where it went. This has happened with psych meds and transplant meds Since they contract out to Rx 2 Go, avoid at all costs for your own safety!!!! Multiple times I have had drives try to enter my apartment despite me repeatedly telling them no. This typically leads to me having to push my door

Absolutely terrible pharmacy! Avoid at all costs! Needed antibiotics after surgery for an infection that developed. On they said they didn't have the prescription in stock and would order it and arrive on mon. Tues still don't have my antibiotics cuz they never put in the order. They don't care about their clients or their health. Should be closed down.

My husband had a double transplant, fortunately Total Care Pharmacy delivered his meds. The staff is kind & helpful Kayla Rocco Alex to name a few have treated my husband with respect they honestly care about the patients This is a 5 star pharmacy.
