Great staff of professionals. Sensitive to my needs. They get me in and out pretty quick without a long wait. Very caring people. I only go to total access for my urgent care. Thank you for all you do.

I had uncomfortable symptoms energe during a cross country trip from Vermont to California on Amtrak. Visited TAUC while staying with family to find out the status of cough and eye irritation. Once Covid and flu were ruled out, the very attentive and professional staff provided an appropriate prescription and recommended an OTC eye drop that was immediately helpful.

Went to a different Urgent Care first, and was misdiagnosed. Called them back, called my Primary as well. They all wanted me to be rechecked and to pay another co-pay. I have spent so much money already trying to get the right diagnosis/treatment, that I wasn't about to go back to the previous one. Long story short, Total Access listened and properly diagnosed/treated me. All that money later, and already feeling better the next day! I appreciate you.

Everything went smoothly. I reserved a spot in line using that online feature. I able to wait outside until I received a text telling me they were ready. Staff was polite. The areas we were in were clean. I would definitely use their service again if needed.
