Wanted to make an appointment for HTRT with this provider. Consultations are cash only. - This is fine. -- But you must purchase your prescriptions through this provider. They will not write a prescription that you can take to your pharmacy to fill and use your prescription benefit. Not sure why. This is very odd. Didn't bother to make an appointment. ------ Update after business reply: I appreciate the explanation, but it's worth noting that oversight of dosing, labs, and outcomes can certainly be managed effectively even when prescriptions are filled at external pharmacies. This allows patients to utilize their insurance benefits where applicable. I felt like I was scammed here. After the initial exam they immediately scheduled 40 appointments and they want payment up front or a deposit with payment plan. After a few visits I was still extremely dissatisfied but my money had already been spent. I tried switching to a different doctor in the building still with no luck. It’s more of a “The Joint” vibe where you’re shoved in a room with 10 other people and they try to adjust you as quickly as possible without taking the time to ask what areas are even bothering you that day.

I’m still waiting to see if this is just a good week or if this is going to be a longer term improvement, but after just one visit my back feels better than it has in quite some time so I am very hopeful! I honestly didn’t expect anything to help much because I’ve been diagnosed with arthritis and that’s not “curable”, but this is promising so far and I’m very excited about the results if it continues!

Have been going here for well over a year with a great experience. Have seen all the chiropractors and always feel better coming out than going in. I have had anything from knee to hip and back issues. Friendly staff. Always flexible with their schedule. Would definitely recommend.
