Total Access Urgent Care - University City

I have been impressed by the two times I’ve gone to TAUC on Delmar. Everyone has been great, and the doctor took a lot of time to talk me through options and treatments and really did listen to me and my needs. She showed great empathy as well. Definitely recommend. Also maybe because it’s pretty new but no wait either time I’ve gone. I can’t say I enjoy having to go to an urgent care center but when I need to go I’ll definitely go back to this one.

During a recent visit to the Total Access Urgent Care facility in University City, several areas of concern were identified. Specifically, the initial interaction with staff exhibited unprofessional conduct. Furthermore, a request to consolidate billing and medication costs into a single transaction was met with apparent frustration, resulting in a verbal exchange. The Nurse Practitioner's demeanor, particularly regarding a prior visit to a different TAUC location, appeared dismissive. While previous experiences with TAUC have been positive, this particular visit was deemed unsatisfactory.

I’m always amazed by the services and professionalism of each employee at TAUC and their quick response to every diagnosis. The TAUC University City branch is the best for me. Dr. Hunter went above and beyond, and the team on duty that day did an excellent job.

I was seen promptly. Tested for the flu and covid. Negative results for both tests. Diagnosed with a bacterial sinus infection. Treatment recommended helping in my recovery.

My wife and I really felt cared for. The doctor loves her job. She picks up on what patients are comfortable and not comfortable with. This was a really tough week for us, and we left feeling a lot better. Thank you for caring.
