I recommend anyone to visit this location. Everyone was so accommodating and nice to me!! From the front desk, to the actual nurses/doctors. They even texted me when it was time for my appointment. I had a week long sickness which turned out to be the flu. I was promptly seen by staff and given medication that has already begun easing my symptoms. I expect to make a fast recovery thanks to the kindness, empathy, and medical knowledge shown by the staff here. I believe my PA was named Amanda and the EMT I saw was a male whose name began with a K. The front desk worker for this morning was so kind and a ball of positivity. I think it’s really great to have such positive people working at this location when you’re feeling ill. Their kindness makes you feel taken care of. Every time I go to this location I have stellar service.
My experience with the entire team was honestly excellent. I was called back really quickly, and everyone I interacted with was kind, respectful, and truly caring. The front desk staff were great — they were patient, friendly, and explained everything I asked without rushing me. I was seen by PA Brianna Frigerio, and she was outstanding. She handled everything calmly and confidently, and she made me feel supported the whole time. You could tell she really knew what she was doing, but she was also warm and reassuring, which meant a lot in that moment. They got my bloodwork and CT scan done right away, and when it turned out I needed to go to the hospital for emergency surgery, they organized everything for me. My dumb ass fell off a ladder and wrecked my heels. I could barely walk. I was able to book a spot while on my way in and had almost no wait time to get checked in. I got an x-ray and CT scan. They got the CT scan pre authorized before the procedure and it still only took like 3 hours for everything! I didn’t feel pressured at all for any diagnostics. Everything was very well explained to me in a way I understood. My questions were answered throughly and they made sure I was good before I left. I definitely felt like they listened to me. Highly recommend! Best urgent care experience I’ve had by far. I was able to get my prescription filled on-site as well. Prescription price was great.
I had a horrible medical issue, requiring me to return to the clinic a 2nd time, 13 hours after having been misdiagnosed, when symptoms radically shifted/worsened. The service I received the night of the 1st visit was great, though. A month later, I had to call the clinic again (3rd time) for a billing issue. I'm writing this review especially to say that I interfaced with Cory (front desk) in each of these 3 instances. He was fantastic in each instance, and it was a relief to have the continuity of a familiar face/voice. He was kind, listened, and I felt sincerely wanted to help at a time I was feeling my worst. (This could not have been easy for him on the 2nd visit, especially: Not only was I very ill, but I was scared, crying, and likely difficult to understand.) It is often the
