Total Access Urgent Care - Rock Hill

This is the best urgent care I've been to in town! I always get on the online wait list. Waiting at home is much more comfortable, and I just keep an eye on the list & drive in when there are 3 people before me. They seem to average about 5 patients an hour on the app, which helps me determine wait time. The staff there is almost always wonderful, and I've gotten better treatment there than the other urgent cares I've been to nearby. I'm very prone to colds/flu, so I spend more time than I'd like there in the winter. That said, they're fantastic there, so it really does make the best of what could be a very bad situation!

I was in town for the surprise birth of my premie grandson. I had shingles which my out of state dermatologist diagnosed over text and prescribed meds for. I went to this clinic for confirmation and to determine whether I was contagious. 1. Starting at the beginning- the waiting room was clean, not crowded, and the front desk person was extremely polite, friendly and efficient. 2. There was a snag with my insurance which had just changed over but the gentleman doing billing was courteous, patient and helpful. 3. In no time, I saw the doctor, who was helpful, efficient, intelligent and knowledgeable. As she typed up my diagnosis and notes, a nurse checked to see if I had any other questions or concerns and with no fuss I was out the door!

The Save My Spot system is super convenient. I was seen right away when it was my turn. The provider listened to my concerns and clearly communicated my options. The entire experience was efficient. All required tests and scan equipment was available on-site and everyone was very supportive overall.

Made my appointment online. Was seen in a timely manner. All staff was extremely friendly and professional. Been here 3 times in the past few months for the Bronchial virus that is going around. Both times was evaluated and given the proper medication. I highly recommend this location.

I went to the Rock Hill location on Manchester on 1/16/26. I went to this location because they have a CT and I thought I might have had a kidney stone. Everyone from the front desk staff to the providers I met with in the exam room were wonderful and professional. They listened to me and completed the scans I requested. The problem we ran into was taking my blood for labs. Between three different providers, two RNs and an EMT, they stuck me NINE times without success. The first attempt wasn’t usable because of how slowly the vials filled, I was told. They were able to get a small line into my hand for IV fluids, but it was too small for even a quarter of the bag to drip and it was very uncomfortable. They were never able to get a line started for them to get the blood needed for labs, and
