Total Access Urgent Care - Oakville

Making the appt was easy. The wait in the lobby was short. I had made my appt on line. They saw my difficulty in walking and offered me a wheelchair for my ease. The nurse/paramedic was friendly, kind and proficient. The dr seemed to care a great deal and took precautions as to not do anything that would harm me based on my previous health history. I highly recommend this urgent care facility.

I have been a returning patient to this TAUC location on Telegraph Road in Oakville. I always receive excellent care. But what brings me back is the staff. The staff is not just excellent in their jobs at the reception desk, but also the PCTs and the NPs. But even more they are friendly, they are caring and just their overall bedside manner are excellent. I can't say enough about how really good they are. I appreciate having the clinic so close in my neighborhood. It is so nice to log in ahead of time and NOT have to sit in a waiting room full of sick people waiting to get called. The convenience factor is huge! Everyone is so nice and considerate. Getting the tests and medicine at the same time is wonderful.

I appreciated that you were able to save a spot online, so I didn’t have to wait the whole time in the waiting room. Once I got to TAUC, I was taken back very quickly. Every worker I encountered was nice and helpful! Overall, I had a wonderful experiences

I received fast, friendly, excellent service at this urgent care facility. I saved my place in line online and was notified within 15 minutes that I was 2nd in line. I headed there immediately and was welcomed and greeted with smiles by the two women at the front desk. The doctor and nurse who provided medical treatment were also kind and compassionate and made me feel at ease.
