Total Access Urgent Care - Hampton

I visited the Hampton location today for severe neck pain that came on suddenly this morning and was honestly in tears after trying ice, heat, and rest at home for several hours with no relief. The staff was professional, efficient, and compassionate from check-in through discharge. I was evaluated quickly, received appropriate treatment, and experienced significant relief shortly after. I especially appreciated that the provider took my concerns about avoiding anything sedating into account when discussing treatment options. I also noticed that an EMT assisted during my visit, which I’ve never seen in an urgent care setting before, but it made the experience feel more efficient and reassuring knowing someone with first responder training was part of the care team. The staff here are amazing! I brought my granddaughter in due to a fever I couldn't control. They immediately checked her Covid, the flu, Strep, and RSV. She tested positive for 2 of the 4, and they treated her with no hesitation. Everyone was polite, courteous, and very professional. The staff was patient as my granddaughter is only 17 months and she was not happy with anything that took place. Being able to get her medicine from this location was also a plus. I'm very appreciative for the staff here.

I was in another one on mon. Tested flu b. Wasn't getting better. Went to this one thinking it was where I went Mon. But they excepted me helped me n sent me to another location for xrays. Dr called right away from who sent me. Gave my results n told what meds I was going be given. They were great! Im feeling little better today since I got meds. Wish the first location would of done the meds instead me having go back. Thks

Great facility. They were able to get me in within 30 minutes and get me the medication I needed. I highly recommend. Plus, I was able to get my prescriptions on site. They were a little bit more than normal, but I didn’t have to wait days or hours for Walgreens.

Not only failing medical care and encouraging access tests and/or prescriptions to increase profits they also lie about submitting to insurance and when pressured make up false insurance code numbers ect. If you get a bill from this or any urgent care please call your insurance and confirm its correct. This is most likely going to become a class action lawsuit in the next 5-10 years you've been warned.
