I had an excellent experience with my nurse Erica. She was very attentive and took the time to listen carefully, showing genuine care not only for my medical needs but also for personal details I shared. Her respectful and non-judgmental approach made me feel truly heard and supported throughout my visit. I greatly appreciated her kindness and professionalism. She is truly the kindest nurse I have ever met!! Along with that the Doctor and the lady at the front desk were also very kind. I recommend this urgent care to anyone! Don’t waste your time going to Mercy Go Heath Urgent Care come to this Total Access. Your needs won’t be met as thoroughly at the other one and my experience here was 100x times better. The staff and health care professionals at the St Charles location were fantastic to work with. We were taken care of very quickly. I brought in my father, who has Alzheimer’s, and they responded to his idiosyncrasies with professionalism and genuine smiles. They cared for him gently and spoke to him kindly. It was more than pleasant to get his issue handled efficiently yet not rushed. I highly recommend this facility for your urgent care needs.

Short wait time and everyone was very courteous. Shout out to the Nurse Practitioner, Andrea(I think). She pulled a Mack truck out of my left ear. No more using Q-tips for me.

I had such a wonderful experience with Amanda at Total Access Urgent Care. From the moment she walked into the room, she was incredibly reassuring and immediately put me at ease during a stressful visit with my baby. She was not only knowledgeable, but took the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel confident and informed. Her calm, friendly personality made our conversation so easy, and she was absolutely amazing with my baby — gentle, patient, and so attentive. Amanda went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating, and it truly made all the difference. I’m so grateful for the care she provided. Total Access Urgent Care is lucky to have her!

I got in to see the doctor very quickly. Everyone was very professional and thorough. Although it's only been one day since I got my medication. I'm hoping things turn around quickly for me. I'll definitely go back if I need additional treatment.
