Ken immediately identified the problem areas and worked them out with skill and precision — I came in feeling tense and left feeling completely renewed. He’s extremely knowledgeable about the body and really takes the time to make sure you feel better. His wife Monique; was so kind, gentle, and efficient — such a calming presence. You can tell they work perfectly together and genuinely care about their clients. I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend this minority-owned gem!I wish them continued success..

I just started getting lymphatic massages with Ken after tummy tuck, lipo 360 and BBL. Ken is great and I feel so much better after massage. But Nurse Monique is why I’m leaving a review this early on. I came for my first appointment with a drain still stitched in and desperate to get it removed. Nurse Monique was so thorough and gentle and really made sure the area was clean and would heal quickly. Her level of professionalism and her bedside manner made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I’m very thankful for her skill, expertise, and dedication to caring for other people.

I went today 12/15 & Ken was amazing. I just had Lipo360 and when I say that massage was top tier. So amazing, I thought It would hurt due to how swollen I was, but Ken ensured I was at ease and advised of me taking deep breaths. He was gentle and extremely knowledgeable. And the ambiance was everything. Highly recommend.

There are certain professionals who become an unexpected anchor when your body is going through big changes. Skilled, intentional, and genuinely invested in doing things the right way. I appreciate the calm energy, knowledge, and consistency more than I can say. If you’re considering lymphatic work and want someone who genuinely knows what they’re doing, I can’t recommend Ahoy enough. They take their work seriously and shows up with care, every time!

Omg Kenneth is the best. I walked in need lymphatic massage stiff as a board & this young man has relaxed every piece of me & I can also see the difference in before & after sessions. I will be giving all services to Ahoy. Best lymphatic massage ever!!
