Top Notch Pediatrics

I wish I could provide a better review but there is so much that is not right with this doctor’s office. First of all, the carpets in the waiting room are filthy and look like they have not been vacuumed for months. The front desk staff does not exhibit any costumer service skills- the people I encountered during my daughter’s two office visits were playing with their phones while I waited for the visit for 30-45 minutes (I was on time). They are also doubling as nurses though not sure if they are certified at all, guessing from their lack of professionalism. When requesting any forms for school, and now the records (as we are changing the provider), they charge all kinds of unjustified fees ($35 and up) and forms take weeks to be prepared- it is hard to understand why. Extremely poor hygiene for a pediatrician's office. It doesn't matter how "good" a provider's care may be, if you keep your practice this dirty despite having a cleaning service come, then how good is your care? The toys in the waiting room do not look like they are sanitized, carpet is filthy (I saw a vacuum, why don't you use it?), there is no air circulation especially in the summer time. The medical assistants (if you can even call them that) never wash their hands. I've seen them on their phones in the front, then take me and my child directly to the treatment room to take measurements. Still never bother to wash their hands or even apply a pump of hand sanitizer. They use brown paper towels to line the scales. Treatment rooms are disgusting. I’m very happy to have found Dr. Alissa. She truly took the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and thoughtfully address all of my worries. The medical staff is incredibly professional, kind, and welcoming.

I can’t say enough great things about this doctor! She is truly one of a kind. After being told by my son’s pediatrician that he can no longer be a patient there because I chose to space out his vaccines, I was so happy Dr. Zenack was recommended to me. She is so attentive and really takes her time during every appointment. She cares about the well being of your child. She was very helpful in coming up with a perfect vaccine schedule that I’m comfortable with. I truly believe vaccines are not a “one size fits all” and she totally understands that. She is the best!! Office is clean and the staff is wonderful! Thank you Dr. Zenack for putting my mind at ease and truly caring about your patients.

Dr Alissa is one of the most caring and supportive doctors I have ever had the pleasure of bringing my children to. She not only spends the time to properly diagnose but she offers TRULY healing support for children. I could not recommend her enough and send all my friends and their families here!
