Very very nasty company. I had a Recruiter by the name of Erin very nasty attituide who told me I could return after a month of being fired for being falsely accused of being a no call no-show when in reality I didn’t get paid and in reality I clocked over 80 hours a week so how was I no call no show exactly my question is who can I contact to seek legal actions towards this company? I have since been homeless since returning home and they Purposely not looking for anywhere for me to work. I let my lease go after starting a nine month contract and have since been sleeping in my car. They are very inconsiderate and do not care about your will be When I live, my roommate told me that our room we were living and caught on fire. Very unprofessional, fear for my safety at times. Definitely told a lot of lies to get you there. Facility was always short handed and staff was unfriendly. There were several fights while I was there at facility and in house. The management provoked drama and fights between staff. I requested for a reassignment several time with no success. If you complain about things they do nothing about it. The house was filthy and I don’t feel like grown adults who are complete strangers should be forced to share a room.

This company is absolute worst travel healthcare company I ever for in my life. Unprofessional since I step foot in New York. The driver that supposed to pick me up from the airport Mr. Dirar did not pick us up. It was his friend. That’s very unprofessional and unsafe. No hotel reservations and move around several times after that. People haven’t been paid and they been here a month. So ridiculous. I have came too far to be played with specially about my money. I been here for two weeks and supposed get my first check today (December 30, 2022) I have the facility Essex to speak to Tara and already spoke with Patty. I called Top Employee headquarters in the Bronx. I can’t get in contact with nobody. They keep giving the run around about everything. I’m reporting the facility Essex and Top E

I personally had an amazing experience, I love where I was placed its a beautiful apartment . They were extremely communicative and helped me when issues arrived. I appreciate the opportunity I was given and hope this helps someone else.

Top has really disappointed me this is a horrible first time experience house was not up to my expectations people in the house very rude and unfriendly had me thinking I would be by my self...I don't recommend this one to anyone I still have not received my reimbursement pay
