Top Care Pharmacy

Literally drive 30 minutes to go here for medicine vs the CVS down the street. Miriam is the kindest soul and will actually answer the phone when you call, unlike chain pharmacies that make you leave a message and hope for a call back. They take care of their customers and I truly cannot say enough good things about this family owned pharmacy.

I wish I had known about Top Care a long time ago. After years of TERRIBLE customer service at CVS I finally made the switch. Miriam is a treasure. She gives me vital info on my care that the large chains could not be bothered with.

This place is awesome! Go to any busy pharmacy anywhere and you'll see lines of irate people screaming at the pharmacists. It's not right. Walgreens, Rite-Aid, CVS etc used to cultivate pharmacists that cared and were backed up by technology they could wield to solve any issue. Then Pharmacy Benefit Managers got involved and 'fit hit the shan' suddenly the PBM is making decisions instead of the pharmacist. Pharmacist turn over then goes through the roof. Clients get mad because they are just a number in a complex busy machine. Big chain pharmacies end up going out of business! What's left are the venerable 'ma and pa' locations that provide that personal touch. That actually care about their clients. This Top Care is one of those locations. They genuinely care about people and consistently
