They are very in responsible when provider doesn’t show up they don’t call pt to let them know don’t come.There are not on point

Horrible customer service and seems as if staff doesn’t care about the betterment of it’s patients

I respect how the doctors follow state and medical licensing regulations. However, I think it is really unfair for a provider of any kind to not do some background research on their patients. Like how do you not verify the issues your clients state to have. Besides that the staff in this facility is very kind but not clear and very I professional. The initial appointment at any place should be like an interview where the parties involve present their issues, solutions & compliance tolerance. How do you ask me to conduct an exam which I am terrified of or prescribe medication that gives me adverse effects, without conducting any type of medical background checks?

Its a Medical center having 6 7 specialties, PCP, Psychiatric, Pain Management, Physical Therapy, Neurology, Podiatry, Workers Compensation & No Fault. Staff was very friendly. Dr was through. Recommended.
