Tooth Story Children's Dental

I am extremely disappointed with this dental office. They abruptly refused care to my minor son, despite him being a regular patient and me having previously signed paperwork authorizing his grandparents to bring him to appointments. I called ahead to confirm that my parents would be bringing him, and the staff confirmed without mentioning any restrictions. However, the night before the appointment, I received a call at 8 p.m. stating that grandparents were “not allowed” to bring my child. They provided no explanation, no written policy, and no valid reason for this last-minute cancellation. During the call, the staff member also said, “Just go find another dentist,” completely disregarding my son’s care, which I had been waiting months for. They hung up on me, and ignored my follow-up me

Great staff, very very friendly and the doctor was amazing too. My daughter felt very comfortable during her exam and didn’t feel a thing when the doctor took her baby teeth out. Great experience and highly recommend them

As part of staff, I just want to leave a comment & share how my time at Tooth Story has been a special, rewarding experience. Seeing Dr.Danny continually make a positive impact on his young patients' lives as well as employees like myself leaves me feeling warm & happy inside everyday. He's not only a passionate, caring pediatric dentist but an inspiring mentor who will support & cheer us on as if he's our dad. Our anesthesiologist here, Dr. Le, is also a very talented and compassionate professional who does our sedation cases. I enjoy shadowing her and observing how attentive she is to detail to ensure all treatments are smooth and successful. Thank you Dr.Danny, Dr. Le, and Tooth Story for being a light in the community as well as my professional journey!

Unbelievable doctor and staff! My daughter, Suz is the very nervous and scared type, they made her feel so comfortable and relaxed. Not only are they professional but also very kind. Doctor Danny is amazing and very supportive!

I’ve driven by this place so many times and always wondered if it would be a good place to take my girlypop. I actually recently came across a TikTok video they had and it def confirmed that I needed to take her in for her first time visit! I’m so glad that we did. Dr Danny and his whole team are so welcoming, kind, and gentle with my baby angel. She did so good for her first visit and it’s cuz everyone was so sweet and Dr Danny works so well with little ones. He gave me a lot of useful info on how to properly clean and care for my girlys teeth. The office is also very cute!! I love the aesthetics. I would recommend this place to anyone with little ones!!
