I would like to recognize the staff at Citrus Post Acute for the care and attention provided during my aunt’s stay. A special thank-you to David, the social worker, who went above and beyond by meeting with me after hours to explain care options, costs, and next steps, including aftercare and caregiver planning. He was extremely informative, patient, and supportive during a stressful time. Overall, the staff at Citrus Post Acute were kind, attentive, and professional, and my aunt received excellent care. While the high level of support was appreciated, we did feel that at times she may have become a bit too dependent on assistance, as the care was very hands-on. What a fantastic Skilled Nursing home in Central OC! Citrus Post Acute is nestled in such a beautiful neighborhood - you feel like you’re at home! The staff are very “on it”, and the entire building is extremely clean! Every patient here seems to be very happy they have chosen Citrus Post Acute to get any rehab that is necessary! I would highly recommend Citrus Post Acute to all of the patients that we care for!

This is my third time here aand I have a great time everytime. My favorite part here are the CNAs and the Therapy Department is amazing . They are very friendly know how to work with you very gentle. They worked with me after my stroke
