Tooth Fairy Dental Center

Dr. Amanjee is absolutely wonderful with my three boys. They have been seeing her for over two years now. She is so knowledgeable and trustworthy. I never have to worry about her recommending extra procedures that aren’t necessary, etc. She truly cares about my boy’s dental health. The office staff is very friendly. I highly recommend. Also, her husband works at the same office and he is my dentist. He is kind and trustworthy as well. They make an excellent team!

I absolutely love this place. Dr Amanjee is wonderful, helpful and a dentist you can trust. I bring all 5 of my kids here. She is knowledgeable and you don't have to worry about if you are being told you need extra work/procedures. The front office receptionist, Aaron is AMAZING! She has gone above and beyond to mask sure everything I needed help with was accomplished. She answers every question I have and made working with delta dental/delta care (which is a nightmare) go so smoothly. I was trying to get work done through delta care for one of my kids for over 3 years and they finally made it happen! I will forever come here even after I move out of the area!

Disappointed in the actions of this office would be an understatement. Having to fight so hard to even get a child care is hard. Then with professionals being the ones who put up the roadblocks without suggestions or being helpful or kind at all. This is what is wrong with the systems in place. This office is an example of why medically fragile people don’t get the care they need. It’s easier to say no then do the procedure. However being nice and offering suggestions is free, that’s the least that could have been done. It wasn’t though just another office that should strive to do better.

Appointment for 11-month old baby was at 2pm, sign on door said lunch til 2. At 1:44pm, I tried the door and it was locked and the receptionist opened it and incredulously said, we are at lunch, come back at 2. (In 16 minutes). I always arrive early to medical appointments, especially first one to set up the account. So we stood outside in 84° heat, 15 minutes holding a baby. Giving an additional star because when I went in at 2pm to cancel the appointment the doctor came out and personally apologized for the experience. I would recommend they tell people to show exactly at the appointment time if it is a post-lunch appointment. The staff seemed cranky/tired and I do not feel comfortable having my son get care there.

Dentist refuses to take on special needs child even with releases from all doctors. Knowing he’s suffering and that they are the only place the insurance covers. This is disgusting to see someone not want to provide care to a child in need because he’s is more “difficult”. Very disappointing. As a professional you should strive to do better and even when you can’t provide service recommend someone who can. Advice for the future- Don’t follow what is “easy” and push off the problem causing the child to suffer. Try and be the person who actually helps and can help a special needs boy find some relief from dental pain. Not make sure he won’t get relief for however long it takes to get someone else approved.
