Front office staff was extremely rude, and unprofessional, especially the receptionist she slammed the glass partition in my face. I was recovering from recent knee replacement surgery and had problems with verification of my secondary insurance. His nurse was ruder if that is possible. I had to escalate my concerns to upper management. I am elderly and would not recommend anyone with a disability or who is elderly to go here.

This doctor and his staff including his nurse really need to go learn some interpersonal skills. They all are doing favor on you by attending you and he would not even listen to your issues completely. I wish they listen to people after taking their money and keeping them waiting for over an hour with appointments.

Very dedicated and great Urologist. The Best! I have been taken care of every visit. He is a busy doctor. But if you want the best be patient. Cause he will take care of you. His front office personnel is amazing too! They have always been professional and kind.

Thank you Dr makhlouf and the Staff as well. A very good , humble and one of the best dr I have even seen. Although the facility is busy with lots of patients sometimes you may need to wait for sometime because may be dr is examining other patients but at the end ur waiting period is worth it when you consult your dr. I delivered my baby and in postpartum I had urine retention and I was on Foley for a month. Dr makhlouf treated me very well and so cooperative dr. I would suggest you to go and get unself treated if u have any problem regarding this. Thank you to Dr Makhlouf and ur whole team :)

I wasn’t seen until 2 hours after my appointment time with no reason given. He performed a cystoscopy. After the procedure he stated that everything looked fine and promptly left. They used iodine during the procedure and I was not given anything to clean up with. I had to use the towel that was laying under me which had been soaked in iodine and water that had been used to fill my bladder.
